Prsion VS Toontowns
Prisons are meant to be scary, powerful looking places, while Toontown is meant for fun and childlike enjoyment – how is this reflected in the lines and angles of the buildings?
Prisons building are generally huge, big and upright, and the sizes of the shapes are huge and are almost the same, example the windows is square and are duplicate all along the wall. And there shape used are very little to keep it as plain as possible.
While the Toontown building is generally smaller in size and not really upright, theres abit of curvy and many different sizes of shapes has been use to keep it attractive for the children.
How does the sense of scale reflect the different purposes of the prisons and Toontown?
Like I say before, the prisons building is huge and upright to prevent prisoner for escaping. While the Toontowns building is small and curvy which to attract more children to come visit and play. Thus the scale different is the "Height" of the building which serve a different purpose in each of the different buildings aspect.
Good thoughts.
