Week3_lab 2 (Washing_Board)

Here is the Washing Board! Lets see how it is being done!

Process

Using the cube polygon while changing the settings to make it long and flat, and using the edge tools by selecting all the top parts of the board and finally bevel it to make it look like this.

Next using the face tools, also selecting the top parts that has been bevel and finally extruding it to look like a washing board.

Using the edge tools to select the parts which have been bevel, bevel it again.

Finally, create a few cubes and make it into rectangle like shapes, finally aligning them together to form the Washing board!

Adding some colours to it. Enjoy!

Techniques

First by creating the polygon cubes and make it flat and rectangle like-shape, den using bevel tools and extruding to make it look like a washing board, and also aligning of the other rectangle to form a washing board.

Reflection

A very detail exercise, which requires to create a lot of cubes and mode it and also aligning it. An interesting exercise and I clearly understand all the instruction without any error. Looks like Im improving already! Looking at the nice washing board just makes me feel a sense of achievement in it! Will strive harder to create better 3D objects!
